This tweet could be a lifeline for someone. While many of us see Christmas as a time of celebration, for some it's sadly a difficult time of year. When many support systems are closed, some people can feel alone. We want them to know they're not alone. 💚 Please RT. http://t.co/rbHIIcBQn1
